Artist Submission Terms

What happens when you submit music or apply for PLAYBAAQ Sessions.

Draft for legal review. Items marked [PLACEHOLDER] must be completed before this policy is relied on.

Your rights

You confirm you own or control the rights to everything you submit. You keep ownership.

What you allow us to do

Review your submission and, if accepted, broadcast it on PLAYBAAQ FM and feature it on PLAYBAAQ platforms. [PLACEHOLDER: licence scope, territory and term].

No guarantees

Submitting does not guarantee airplay, a Session, store delivery or payment. Fees, if any, are shown before you pay.

Artist profiles

Claiming an artist profile requires staff approval; ownership is never granted automatically.
